Title: Change Record and Subscription default values?

Is there a way to change the Record and Subscription defaults?
Specificially interested in:
- record before minutes
- record after minutes
(at the moment I have to drop out of Theater View and edit every recording/subscription manually)

Another default parameter I would like the flexibility to change is the subscription 'when' parameter.
