Interesting article in yesterday's Wall Street Journal, front page, lead position, on these two services (?). Not available on-line unless you're a subscriber.
Thrust of it is that they are abysmal failures, and that AOL and other prospective partners won't utilize them until they become much more user friendly. This, from the very Temple of Mammon, although in fairness the WSJ has been highly critical of the industry's head-in-the-sand posture.
