Same here. Lately, I've lost control to change the volume, no matter what the volume setting is. It won't even change from the main Windows volume setting. Not sure if MC has something to do with this, problem is there on all applications. Using ths sound cards' analogue outputs, tried both DirectSound/WASAPI. HDMI connection works fine. Will try reinstalling audio drivers. (did it-didn't help)

Switch to Internal Volume.  It always works.

Tried Internal Volume too, nothing works. I'll have to test more. (maybe this (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=69968.msg472281#msg472281), although a couple of DSP's are already enabled)

Sorry yes, Internal Volume works. I can't make System Volume work though, and it used to work. This makes it difficult to change volume with my wireless keyboard.
