Title: Problem loading web browser engine

I just upgraded to JRiver Media Center 17 Ver. 17.0.099.  After the download, I got a message telling me that there was a problem loading my web browser engine and to reload the newest version of media Center - I reloaded the program and got the same message.  Please help.

Try rebooting.  Try reinstaling.

Thanks for the response.  I did reboot and re-install. I got a message that said: Failed to unzip C:\program files\j river\ media center 17\ set up\mc_webpages.zip'.  URL c:\program files\j river media center 17\mc_webpages.zip 

I have no idea what that means

Download the latest version again it looks like it may be corrupt based on the "failed to unzip" error.
