Title: TV crashing when entering/leaving full screen

I get frequent crashes with DVB-T and DVB-S (not tested much with regular video files). They mostly happen when switching between full screen and windowed mode. Using ROHQ, usually with madVR's exclusive mode disabled. Here (http://www.mediafire.com/?ydmr5350sg0ja2y) are two logs from an x64 ATI card system, and a x86 Nvidia one.
