Title: Can I get MJ to mute other programs during playback?

I haven't had Music Jukebox very long, and I'm still familiarizing myself with all the features - I can't figure out how to set it to mute the sounds from other programs during playback... is there a way to do that?

But you can optionally turn the sounds off in Windows and most other programs...

Is something like this possible with an Interface Plugin?

I was also thinking of a "Pause Playback on Phone Ring" plugin.
