Title: Can't get files to import

I'm not new to MC, but I'll be damned if I can figure this out.  I tried all the usual ways of importing files, the the two albums that I just added to my HD will not import.  I even tried using the context menu in Explorer and this is the info box returned by MC:

This says the files referenced (12 of them), were changed in some way outside of MC (path, filename, etc.), and MC updated its internal DB to match these changes.  They are already imported.
