Hi !
I'm trying to extract the audio track from a YouTube video.
When I download the video using 'Connected Media > YouTube', the downloaded video has a mono audio track. In the file properties, it says stereo, but the audio obviously sounds mono.
Did I miss a setting ? Is it a feature to forbid this kind of use ?
I use MC 17.0.106, had the same result with MC 17.0.99.
Thanks in advance.

It's possible it's just the way the video is.
I have some really good sounding music videos I've downloaded from YouTube, but there are also plenty that were recorded with a mono microphone.

The YouTube video is in stereo. It's a music video, that's why I would like to get it with a decent quality.

Media Center is getting the file from YouTube and making no changes.
However, maybe you could post the URL so we could try the video?
Thanks.
