Is there a safe and accesible program to convert DTS Music discs to flac files? J river will load my DTS discs, but the sound from the conversion is a hissing type noise. DVD Audio Extractor wont recognize them. Is there a missing J River (or other) driver I need. If so, where would you suggest I download it. Thank you.

Rip just like a cd. Then I use a program called "Tranzcode" It runs from the command prompt for example
C:\tranzcode>tranzcode "03 flamenco wind.wav" /mch
It comes out 44.1 32bit but you can change if you want
This worked on 40 out of 43 discs.

Thanks Arrowc, I'm afraid that solution didn't work for me. It converted it to a wav file full of static. It was worth a shot though. Appreciate the reply.

JRiver does support playback of DTS audio files. However, there has been an issue recently with playback of DTS music files. This has been fixed for the next public release.

Thanks Mojave. I have been using the trial (30-day trial) version for about two weeks now. Do you foresee this to be corrected soon. I intend to purchase the program and like it so far.

I'm not sure when the public builds are released, but based on past history I would think by the middle of next week.

Super. Thank you.
