Title: How to update library?

I currently use a particular folder on which the library is built. I need to constantly add files to or sometimes delete files from this folder. How could I update the library which reflects the latest contents of the folder every time when the list of files is changed?

Auto-Import should be able to do what you want.

Tools > Import > Configure Auto-Import...
  or
Tools > Options > Library & Folders > Auto-Import > Run Auto-Import in background & Configure Auto-Import...

- both go to the same Auto-Import configuration panel, but only the latter displays the option to enable/disable background importing.

Configure the preferred options and set Auto-Import to run in background.

You can also set Auto-Import to not run in background and start it manually whenever preferred in Tools > Import > Run Auto-Import Now...  Auto-Import will then run once through the import process and stop after that. If you use this option you may want to add the Run Auto-Import Now button to the top or bottom toolbar.
