Title: Different MP3 play time than in winamp

I have one MP3 file (24 KBPS). When I play it in winamp,
time is 2 min 45 seconds. In MJ8, time is 3 min 4 seconds. The file size is also different than what I see
in windows explorer. Waht may be happening
