Title: JimH PLEASE HELP AGAIN!!!! STILL PROBLEMS RESTORING!!

Man i tried what you said about using the restore option under the help menu  and when i opened the license i had on disk it loaded and then said i must go to the website to restore my license. Its not giving me any option for anything and the website is saying that it cant find the license
