Title: WAV and FLAC directories

I've created two directories one is WAV format and one is FLAC how do I keep MC from seeing one of the directories so that it does't play double tracks?

Two separate things here:

   1) Configure auto-import to include only the folders you want managed by MC

          Tools > Import... > Configure Auto-Import

       But this is unnecessary, because, you can easily...

   2) Configure views such that you can group and/or select which track format you want to play.
