Title: Playlist Sync to Device Broken

I have the Sony Walkman NWZ-S545 that no longer writes out the playlists when syncing as of this last or one before last build 122.  The playlist names appear on the device but they are all empty.

Examining the file structure on the device in win7, I found and deleted two xml files with the JR prefix.  This forced the recreation of playlist functionality.  What caused them to be perhaps be corrupt I do not know.  Thanks.
