I've just got round to trying to digitise some old VHS tapes and connected an old tape deck to my Tuner card via composite cable.
Sound is OK, but I get just a grey screen for video. :(
Card is a Blackgold BGT3600.
Filtergraph for non-timeshift is

Timeshift is the same result.
I've tried some settings in the TV Options for the capture device, but no joy.
Anything I can do?

I must have a dud card. I can't get it to even show up the analog capture device in 7MC. A similar card had trouble on the avforums website with no resolution (or manufacturer support)!
:(

It does not look like an oldish product. But it's analog filter seems quite old fashioned. The graph info shows that video is output through "Capture" output pin with YUY2 format. It connects to video renderer via AVI Decompressor.

?
Maybe I'll press the manufacturer some more. I'll ask them for some directshow advice for a suggested graph.
