Title: Carnac doesn't recognize episode number

I have my tv-shows in the following format:

...\[Series]\Season [Season]\S[Season]E[Episode] - [Name]

for example:

...\Great Artists\Season 01\S01E01 - Giotto.avi

and Carnac only recognizes the Series name and Season number while the episode number isn't recognized at all and the episode name comes in as "S01E01 - Name".

If I put the series name in the file name as:

...\[Series]\Season [Season]\[Series] - S[Season]E[Episode] - [Name]

for example:

...\Great Artists\Season 01\Great Artists - S01E01 - Giotto.avi

Carnac works perfectly. However I would really prefer to keep my current file naming system. Would it be possible for you to fix this?

Next build:
Changed: Carnac better understands TV episodes that use the naming like "S01E01 - Giotto.avi" (with no series).
