Title: After installing JRiver 17(0122) COM Surrogate Error [Solved by updating driver]

Hi
after installing JRiver 17 I got an error message that COM Surrogate crashed. This happens when I open a picture and forward e.g. with the arrow key.
I read, that this has something to do with an incorret installed video codec (or something like this).
No any other changes on the system... only installed JRiver 17.
How do I get this fixed?

I'm not sure that's our error message.  Try a reboot.  Try a reinstall.

Check your settings for how the filetype is played.  Try automatic.  Under Tools/Options/Filetypes.

after an intel gpu driver update no more crashes... hope that this was the cause. Thanks
