Title: Rip and encode simultaneously not working

When I use an external encoder and select "rip and encode simultaneously", MJ waits for encoding to finish before copying the next track.  Has this been disabled for external decoders?  I'm using MJ 80.0.265.

Media Jukebox  8.0.265

CPU: Intel Pentium III 803 MHz MMX
Memory: Total - 261 MB, Free - 52 MB
OS: Microsoft Windows XP  Workstation 5.1  (Build 2600)

Internet Explorer: 6.0.2600.0000
ComCtl32.dll: 6.00.2600.0000
Shlwapi.dll: 6.00.2600.0000
Shell32.dll: 6.00.2600.0000
wnaspi32.dll: N/A

Sorry I didn't answer sooner. The simultaneous rip/encode feature only works with the "internal" encoders in MJ.
