Title: Facebook Uploader -> Upload to existing album?

I came across this option while messing around with photos in JRiver, but it's greyed out. Is it currently working (I saw an old thread about Facebook changing their upload API frequently). How can I get it working?

just tried as well, When i click on upload to existing album it flashes quickly then default back to Upload to new album
