In the context of the new feature "Tag Pasting" - which I like - I would love to see more keyboard short cuts to use instead of moving the mouse all over the place.
This would be Especially useful for the maintenance of cover art. I mostly get the cover art from Album Art Downloader. I have added a "send to" link to the menu, then I copy the cover art in Album Art Downloader with Ctrl C. Back in MC 17 I Pate the cover art into the respective files. This whole process would be a lot faster if there was a short cut for "sent to album art downloader" and one for "paste cover art".
Thanks for thinking about it ...

Copy is Ctrl+C and Paste Tags is Ctrl+Shift+V. Is that what you mean?
You might also like to set the option for the MRU count (search options for 'right recent').

I am pretty sure he means a keyboard short cut for Paste cover art from clipboard (now hidden under the right click Cover art sub menu). I support that request.
The ability to just drag an image from Album Art Downloader and drop it on the cover art action window would also be nice.
At the OP: It is possible to have Album Art Downloader configured so one mouse click downloads the desired image to a Folder.jpg to the correct album folder, which can then be picked up automatically by MC. If you want the cover art embedded in the music file, this however currently involves making a menu selection in MC.

Yes, that's what I mean. And also one for "Sent to ... Album Art Downloader" hidden in the right click menu.
And more for other things, may be freely configurable for the user.
Or more drag and drop.
The result for us users should be to reduce the need for navigating through menus with the mouse.

I would not hold my breath waiting for a stock keyboard short cut for a menu item you have created.
Having the Send to external tools items available like user created links are available in the window menu bar would make them more accessible. (And as Matt pointed out, the menu item is available right at the top of the right click menu once you have selected it and want to use it for subsequent searches.)
