The Wiki page says it is somewhere it is not (in MC17)
-
Post a link to the Wiki page. That is almost certainly outdated. Unless I'm a crazy person (and I'm too lazy to search and look), the Scheduler was removed from MC many, many, many versions ago.
But MC is very "automatable". With a combination of the built-in Windows Task Scheduler and the MC Command Line (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/The_Command_Line) and Core Command (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/Media_Center_Core_Commands) interfaces, you can do pretty much anything you can think of.
What are you looking to accomplish?

Want to somehow force MC17 to QUIT after a certain amount of time or lack of user action.... I find that my computer does not sleep if MC17 is running.

glynor is certifiably not crazy, but you can find the scheduler under Services & Plugins in the tree.

Ha ha! I said that almost half-expecting to be proven wrong.
Well, if the built-in scheduler doesn't meet your needs, remember there are many, many other ways.
