Title: question: how to sync several smartlists with a limit on the total songs amount?

hi,
I have several smartlists which I would like to sync (and can use them as  playlists o my phone)
I tried to generate a smartlist that contains all the required smartlists + a limit on the songs amount.
the songs were synced and I have a playlist of all the songs but I didn't get the playlists on which the songs were synced.
I understand why that happened.    if I select each of the smartlists then I get them after sync. But I don't know how to put the limit when I choose more than one smarlist.
by the way, The limit is necessary because I don't want to chock my phones memory.

Not sure this can be done unless you tag each song in a playlist as such and then sort the songs post sync by that field.
