Title: Reloaded MC15 not playing video

My disk crashed and I reloaded MC15 then activated with my license.  Now MC15 will not play my video files (MP4).  I get an error "error loading basegui.ppl".

I removed all my audio/video programs then reloaded them with MC15 last and now it works.
