Title: Odd Playlist Problem
Post by: The Mastermind on May 12, 2012, 09:46:13 pm
My favourite playlist is my chill out playlist. 4334 songs selected over a good seven years of MC usage that I use to mellow out.

On Thursday I went to listen to it and it was empty. I momentarily freaked out but realised I could restore the library and I hadn't done any tagging, so no harm done. I figured I'd made an error and somehow deleted the tracks.

This morning I went to load the same playlist and it had the same song in it 4334 times. As it turned out, it was the last song added to the list. This time when I restored I lost a couple of hours worth of tagging. I'm not so sure the error is with me anymore.

Any ideas?

No idea.  Perhaps you have some library corruption?

But for peach of mind, remember you can always Export the playlist from an older library, and then import it in the recent one.

But for peach of mind...
Is that what you call it when things get fuzzy?  ;D

Seems it has been proven all day what a chucklehead (http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=72058.msg488001#msg488001) I am, and apparently a fuzzy one too.
