Title: Setting to Shuffle Play (Random) a whole Audio Genre File with IPad Remote?

Is there a way to shuffle play (Random) a whole Audio Genre or Artist File with an IPad as Remote?
 Which remote , Android or Ipad gives more controls and settings for Audio playback?
