Title: Hauppauge 1600 dual tuner problem

I upgraded MC17 from 17.0.129 to the "latest" and the stable release, and even went back to the MC 17.0.147 and have a tuner problem.  I'd just like to say I've been using MC since version 12 (with a the same tuner), first.
  If I switch from my STB (Svideo input [analog]) to a digital OTA channel, it now does not switch tuners, but stays in analog mode. I know this cause i get the white snow (static) and not a blank screen. But if I play a digital OTA channel "from Stop", It goes right to the channel with no problem. This was not happening until I upgraded from 17.0.129 to the current stable and "latest" releases.
  Is it a bug, or did something change in the settings of tv tuners or video? I even tried to rescan al STB and OTA channels from a clean install and blank library.

I just noticed it won't switch either way (D-A nor A-D) without stopping tele playback.
