I have a problem with Carnac, it seems it doesn't take into account the Media Sub Type tag, even if it's set to "Movie", Carnac thinks that the file is a TV Show's episode.
For example "Movie.Title.To.Parse.2012.FRENCH.1080p.mkv" is parsed to :
Name : FRENCH
Season : 20
Episode : 12
Series : Movie Title To Parse
Media Sub Type : TV Show

If this is only happening to this movie, then you should change the Media Sub type to Movie, remove Series tag and add the name of the Movie under the Name tag. Also remove the season and episode tags. This should stick, and it would now be treated as a Movie. Not TV Show.
If it happens more than once, then you should display the exact name of the file, so JRiver have a chance to add these exceptions to Carnac.

All movies that have the year after the title without brackets are classed as TV Shows on import.
eg. World's Greatest Dad 2009 BRRip H264 AAC.mp4
Comes out as
Name BRRip H264 AAC
Series World's Greatest Dad
Season 20
Episode 19
If the year has brackets round it, carnac works correctly.

Next build:
Changed: Carnac better supports videos with naming like "Movie.Title.To.Parse.2012.Extra.Stuff.1080p.mkv".

Thanks! I see this often too.
