Title: Import issue

I am having an issue with Import. There is at least one movie not being found, there may also be others. This new movie is in the same place as all the rest with the same naming convention.

The import summary dialog shows 0 files imported. In-depth summary shows nothing. I have Help > Logging enabled and if I look in "\Media Center\Application Data\J River\Media Center 17\Log.txt" I don't see any mention of an error.

How can I investigate this?

Take a close look at your import settings (folders, file types, etc.).

Or try to drag-n-drop the file from Explorer into Media Center.
