Title: playing a dvd disc from drive
Post by: ronimiz on May 26, 2012, 12:51:23 pm: I've been trying to play DVDs from PC drive but all i get is audio and no picture.
MC identifies the DVD disc and asks what to do (e.g play quit etc.)
MC does play other kinds of video files stored in library.
I tried to reinstall the program twice but no luck so far....
BTW...other players(like windows media player,bsp and kmp,play dvd discs from the same drive...
Anyone has an ideahow to solve the problem?

i installed the program again about 4 hours ago so it must be the latest version...

What is the DVD (movie, Music video, etc.)? Can you right click on it in Windows Explorer and select "Open" or "Play"?

i just installed the latest version 17.0.160 but didn't help...not only that...once it is in play mode all functions except audio playback seem to freeze like in a very slow pc...
once i manage to activate stop on the player's button all the above just stops...
i was hoping someone experienced the same thing but so far it seems i'm the only one...
