Title: Audio Path . input 16bit - output 32bit ??
Post by: fluidz on June 08, 2012, 10:43:43 pm
Hello all, I'm playing 16bit 44.1Khz flac files.

My audio path displays as this..

Input - 44.1Khz, 2 channel 16bit
Output - 44.1Khz, 2 channel 32bit

In the Dsp options, it says 64bit, 2 channel, 44.1Khz

I'm confused!

Does it make any difference to the sound?  I've all dsp's unticked, the only additition to the audio path is the internal volume lowered by 15db, but some reason my 16bit tracks are outputting @ 32bit/64bit.  Running a Titanium Hd @ 44.1Khz in Asio mode.

What you're seeing is normal (and good).
