Title: Icons disappear

I am unable to use the program because after I install it, my icons disappear from my desktop. How do I get a refund?

Since you have a 30 day trial, we don't provide refunds.  Please describe the problem in more detail.  Download from our site and install the latest build.

If your icons are disappearing when you install an application on Windows, this is typically due to a problem with the Windows icon cache.  I provided links to instructions on how to get it sorted out.

This is not a problem with MC.  Something is broken on your Windows installation, and installing MC is "triggering" it.
