Do you mean you the credentials you entered in the Options -> Authentication section? Those credentials are for the destination sites and it cannot be passed to the intermediary proxy server.

I mean my proxy server login credentials. I downloaded two things today, and DM asked me for my login and password to get through our proxy server both times, even though I had checked the box to save password. I believe there was a reboot between the two downloads if that helps.
