Title: Series cover art corrupted

I've tried everything including deleting cache, changing it to a different series, removing the files from the library and can't seem to fix this problem.

See the attached image and you'll see that the Breaking Bad series cover art is corrupt.

The image in your Cover Art\Series folder is probably bad.  What if you replace it by hand?
