Title: Windows Phone 8 bit perfect?

Windows Phone 8 will come with the same kernel as the normal pc operating system. Does this mean we can expect bit perfect playback and kernel streaming as also the device drivers will be similar? Will there be any app from JRiver for the new Windows Phone 8?
