Title: Title with special character (i.e. Schöpfungmesse) in ape file

I submit the problem of the wrong title visualization of ape file with special character (for example ö, ß, ü, ä) in the title. The tag title of the file and the file name appear correct (in mptag or in file explorer) but when you play it in Media Center (but also in Winamp) the title is wrong (for example Schöpfungmesse appear as Schöpfungmesse). I verified that this happens only with ape extension file: if you convert the same file to mp3 everything is correct.

Welcome.  What version of MC are you using?  17.0.173 is at the top of this board.
