Title: new ipod nano not recognized

Hello. I purchased an ipod nano at Future Shop a couple of months ago and it is not recognized by MC17 (latest version). An error message pops up saying as much, suggesting the user look for an updated version of MC 17, and identifying the device as DCYH 6SA4DCMN',",1452,4710. Am I doing something wrong?

i have the same message, what can we do to fix it ?
There's none update available...

that's too bad, with this error fixed, Media Jukebox would become the perfect program for my music :)
