Title: "Add to queue" for "Convert Format"

When there is conversion going on you have to wait until the queue is finished. You can't add songs while conversion is in process, but which would be a nice feature.

When converting songs from file+cuesheet and the "replace" option is checked, an error occurs, because the original file is deleted before every song of the cuesheet is converted.
