Title: Display view embedded or full screen

I can't seem to figure this one out, but sometimes a video starts full screen, other times it starts embedded.

Is this due an incorrect setting somewhere?

Options > General > Jump on Play

If you're in a view like 'Playing Now' that shows the video without a jump, it will suppress the jump.

The only settings that I know of that determine window behavior are in options-->general--behavior
there are 2 Jump on Play (video) and jump to windowed mode when play is started externally

I was aware of that setting and had it set, but I was unaware of that behavior when in playing now. That was my 'issue'.
