Title: Active Media Server prevents 'Stop' from working via MCE remote in WMC

When JR Media Server is active in the system tray, it prevents the 'stop' command via MCE Remote from working inside Windows Media Center, is this intended behaviour, and how can I overcome this?

After much tinkering I discovered the 'Media Key Mode' option which seems to have solved my problem  8)
