Title: Manual sorting of tracks? (and other questions)

Is there a way to manually sort tracks in an album? For example, I would like to drag and drop tracks into a certain order and then use the "Fill track numbers from list order" option to permanently set them that way.

I did a search but couldn't find an answer.

Also, when I work in an album, MC very often creates duplicate tracks -- or copies of the tracks that are already there. This is not new with version 17 as I've noticed it with older versions of MC. But it seems to be more prevalent behavior in version 17. Is there some setting where I can prevent the program from constantly making duplicate tracks, which I then have to manually delete all the time? I am on Windows XP, if that is any help.

you can use Playing now as a "WorkingArea" (or any other Playlist) but PN is the best since you can clear it with keystokes.

send or drag your files to PN, reorder then use the # tool
