Title: LICENSE PROBLEM!!!!! HELP

I have purchased the Media Jukebox Plus program. I have backed up the license. I have recently formatted my system. When i came to restore my license as stated in the FAQ, i came upon this error

'Media Jukebox was unable to determine product name from the license'

can someone please shed some light on how i can fix this???

What is the name of the license?
