Title: WritePlaying ...... can the 5 second polling be changed?

Hi, I'm using the unsupported "WritePlaying" plugin... works great.

But it only polls for changes in playback every 5 seconds.  Does anyone know if there is a way to change that polling interval?

I'd like to change it to 1 second, I think my processor can handle it without issues.
