I recently got a Galaxy 3S - amazing phone and added a 64 GB micro SDHC card. I want to sync a library consisting of mostly M4A files, that also has a few MP3s. The "Status" under Media Center 17 tells me that all the M4As are "File not Supported". If I start the sync, it only copies the MP3s.
If I try to copy directly from Windows, I get a message asking if I want to convert the M4A files. If I chose "Yes", they convert to WMA. If I chose "No", they copy and play fine. While this is a good short term workaround, I don't want to have to manually figure out which files to copy as I revise the library on the PC.
I am running the Windows 8 trial. The Samsung Kies synching software does not work on this OS.
Any suggestions? I searched the forum and it suggested formating the card as FAT32 rather than exFAT. The card arrived from SanDisk already formated to FAT32.

You'll need to specify the supported formats in Options > Handheld > Advanced.
Ideally the program should know this automatically, but your phone is too new ;)

That worked. Thanks! First time I have used Media Center for synching.
