Hello
I'm currently trying out media jukebox during my free 30-day trial period. So far it rocks! I want to buy it, but I ran into one problem.
My wife and I use the same computer under different users. We have a dell running windows 2000. I installed the software under my wife's account. I moved the application to "All Users" so I can access it from the start menu. However, when I log in, it will not let me play any music. The application runs fine, and I can do search, find, select music, but the play button does not seem to work. It says "stopped".
How can I fix this?
thanks

You must install MJ under all accounts (logins). This question comes up all the time and that is the solution. Just install it to the same directory (twice) and it should work for you two.

I had the same issue under Windows XP and as the last post said, just install it again. When you do updates to the next build you only need to do that under one user account and it will be updated for all users.
