Title: Airport Express Zone disappears
Post by: regina on July 23, 2012, 05:28:20 am
I am trying to stream from MC17 to an Airport Express using Air uPNP - which works fine for 60 seconds and then the Airport Express Zone disappears (comes back after 20 seconds). There is no other software on the computer but a fresh install of Windows 7, MC17 and Air uPNP (others mentioned Itunes, newer version of Bonjour etc. could create conflicts). Tried playing with audio conversion on DNLA server, different audio playback modes (WASAPI Event Style), no luck. The Airport is in Bridge mode. Grateful for any suggestions.

The audio playback modes are for playback on MC, not through DLNA.
You could try using the default conversions settings for MC's DLNA server then change the DLNA controller options in the Air UPnP zone under Playing Now in MC.
First try disabling SetNext support and if that doesn't help, try the Ignore transport events option.
