Title: How do I Edit Lists..Such as People or Keyword

I use list for my photo organizing. My question is how do I edit list to remove unneeded items. I know I can add on the fly. But I want to "Clean" some lists

Not sure what you are asking, but if you want to remove one of the list entries, select all items that use that list entry and then remove the entry from those items by unchecking.

Say you have 14 photos that use the list entry "friends".
Click on "friends" in the pane to display all photos that include "friends".
In the bottom pane, select them all then just uncheck "friends".
"Friends" will no longer appear as an entry in your list.
