Title: Context menu platinum message box

If I try to play some file in River media center adding files from context menu (pressing mouse right button), I get a message box by "Context menu platinum"  saying that I need to buy this SW from Microsoft. After this I cannot close this message box and I need to disconnect the user to exit from this situation. I never had this message with other player (i.e. Winamp for example). What shall I do to solve this problem?

This sounds like you have a virus-like software called Balesio file minimizer. google for context menu platinum virus. This has nothing to do with MC17.
