I'm not sure how to explain it clearly, but when you close Foobar and restart it, it will open displaying the playlist and song last played. Is there a way to do it in river?

Explore Options > Startup.

For example:
Location: Last Location
or
Location: Playing Now

Thank you, but Last location option takes you back to the top of the last playlist. Is there a way to restart the MC at the last song played?
