Title: problem with playing SACD ISO files
Post by: hollowman_85 on August 14, 2012, 11:41:04 pm
I've made a mistake and followed the instruction for DVD ISO files (http://wiki.jriver.com/index.php/ISO_Files) for playing SACD ISO files.

When I found out that I've made the mistake, I try dragging the SACD ISO files into MC17.
HOwever, nothing happened.

Can anybody tell me what should I do to make my MC17 play SACD ISO files?

Thanks :-[

hello,

I've found out that by taking the ISOs out of the music directory into another directory (ie: f:\music and f:\SACD) I have no problem with them.

Then you just drag them into the Playing Now space and the tracks should appear. The select them add them to the  library.

@hollowman : How exactly did you do your sacd.iso files ?

If you followed the dvd.iso wiki it could be that you might have ripped the sacd redbook cd layer and produced a regular image iso. (Just a thought). This will not work.
