Post by: mywhey on August 20, 2012, 06:05:06 pm
hello all,

i am attempting to view photos stored on hard drive on a folder not mapped to mc. it is kicking a code out that says failed to load jrtools.dll system32/mc16.exe does not exist. yes i know it doesnt exist, i removed it. its not listed on control panel. as far as i can see it was removed but mc still trys to open files with it. i have all available file formats selected for viewing in v.17. Which i have just removed as i try to sift thru this occurance. please advise.

and any new juicy details available on what kind of golden eggs v.18 is proclaimed to have available to it? :)

cheers,

mywhey

Make sure MC17 is the default player for the file type.

If you didn't uninstall MC16, install it again and then uninstall it through Control Panel.
